Homebound Delivery Service

If you are a North Haven resident interested in our homebound delivery program, you can call us at (203) 239-5803 to register.

To schedule a delivery, library items must currently be available, on the shelf in our library, or already on our hold shelf for you.

• Please call us at (203) 239-5803 to schedule your delivery.

• Deliveries are available on a first come, first served basis, on the following days/times:

  • Tuesday and Friday, 10:00am - 11:30am

    • Holds being delivered must be placed by 11:30am, the day prior to delivery, to allow library staff time to prepare for deliveries.

    • One delivery or pick up can be scheduled per week.

    • If you have items to return at the time of your delivery, please let the staff member know when you schedule your delivery and have them ready at your delivery time to be picked up.

    • Not ready to borrow anything new but need your library materials picked up? We can schedule that too!

  • All deliveries will be completed by volunteers at Lumibility (North Haven).
