The North Haven Library is NO LONGER a location for VITA tax preparation services. You can call 211 and ask about VITA for more information.
Federal Tax Forms
The library can provide one copy per patron of federal income tax forms (1040).
The IRS provides downloadable tax instructions, helpful publications and current forms. The IRS also sends the North Haven Memorial Library paper copies of tax forms and instruction booklets which are located in the library by the computers.

If you do not have your 2016 tax return, you may use Get Transcript Online or Get Transcript by Mail to obtain your prior-year AGI. you also may call 1-800-908-9946 for mail order. Please allow 5 to 10 calendar days for mail delivery. Get Transcript Online users must first pass Secure Access authentication.
