The North Haven Memorial Library is conducting a community survey and
WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
Whether or not you currently use the Library, the more we know about you and your interests, the better we can plan community programs and services.
Click the link above or scan the QR code below with your phone or tablet to take the survey for ages 12+ . Respondents who complete the 12+ survey will be eligible to win a Kindle, a Firestick, an Echo, or a Ring Stick Up Camera. The surveys must be completed by February 29th to be reviewed as part of the Strategic Planning process and entered into the raffle.
All survey responses will be kept anonymous.
If you prefer to take the survey in print, copies are available in the Library.
There is also a Youth Survey available at the Library for those under 12 years old.
